Metty called looking for a reminder of how to access the Course Query to get the FYS Question descriptions for Session E Orientation / registration. Walked her though the to get the desired result.

Steps for doing this are provided below:

Launch course Query
Choose the Advanced TAB
Select desired term code
Enter the course number (I.e. IS-1111)
Check the box which reads "View as catalog descriptions"
Scroll down and in the "additional Display options area" check the "Course attribute" box
Click the Search open course box.
