Method 1

To find your computer's MAC address on an Apple Mac machine, first open the spotlight search by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right corner, or by hitting the keys Command + the space bar (⌘, space). Type in Network Utility, and press enter.

Make sure that it is set to the correct adapter (Ethernet if you are using a wired connection, and WiFi if you are not).

Your computer's IP address is listed under "IP Address".

Method 2

Alternatively, to find your computer's MAC address you can click the apple logo and select "System Preferences".

Then click on 'Network'.

Your computer's IP address is under the bold "Connected".
