Adding a Telephone Line

To add a new telephone line, please contact the ITS Help Desk (603)535-2929 or initiate a Self Support Ticket by emailing helpdesk@plymouth.edu. By default, a new telephone line includes a 16 Button digital phone, and a voicemail account.
For each new telephone request, please provide the following:
Installation charges for new construction or a space remodels are sometimes covered as part of the project budget. However, ITS requests that they be included in space planning prior to construction in order to assess whether it may be more cost advantageous to departments to have the work done internally by PSU. | |
