Printing a PDF from a Mac to a Xerox Multi-function Device

To print a PDF documents from an Apple Macintosh computer to a Xerox Multifunction Device (i.e. MFD, these are the Xerox scan/copier/fax machines), there are several additional steps that must be done.

1. Click File, and select Print.

2. Click Printer.

3. On the window that opens, click Yes.

4. Another print window opens. Select Print.

5. The accounting code window appears. It should automatically be filled in. Select OK.

6. The final print window opens. Select Print.
