How to Use the Qualtrics Survey Tool for First Time Users

Introducing Qualtrics, Plymouth State's online survey tool. Qualtrics can be accessed by anyone with a PSU account. Faculty, students, and staff can find a link to Qualtrics in the myLearning channel in myPlymouth, the MyCourses tab of myPlymouth, or by going directly to:

NOTE: The first time you log in, you will be asked if you have an existing Qualtrics account (perhaps from another institution). If you do, and would like to merge it with your new PSU Qualtrics account, please seclect Yes. The majority of users will select No to this question. You will then be asked for your name and email. This process will link your accounts so the next time you access Qualtrics, your PSU credentials will be used.
