Add a Personal Windows Computer to a PSU Network Printer

Here are instructions to help get your personal Windows 10 computer mapped to our PSU networked printers:
Begin by making sure that you are connected and registered with our PSU Campus wireless network named: PSU WIRELESS
Step 1: Open "Windows File Explorer" by clicking on the yellow folder icon that is present in the Windows task-bar.
Alternatively, you may right click on the Windows Start button then select "File Explorer".
Step 2: When the File Explorer window opens, in the address bar near the top of the window type: \\printers then press "Enter" on the keyboard.
Step 3: If prompted to enter Domain credentials please enter the following information, otherwise skip to Step 4.
In the first field type: plymouth.edu\ followed by your myPlymouth username.
For example: plymouth.edu\abc123
In the second form field type your myPlymouth password
Lastly, make a checkmark next to: Remember my credentials then click the "OK" button.
Step 4: A list of our PSU Network Printer drivers should appear. Locate the desired printer driver, right click then select Connect...
*In this example we are mapping to the aaffairslj01 PSU networked printer.
Repeat the above steps for each of the printers that you wish to map to.
*When mapping to MFD (Multi Function Devices) you will need your Personal or Department Print Code and possibly the Global Print Code: 9292 in order to successfully print (after you've mapped to the printer).
Because you are using a personal computer to communicate with our PSU networked printers, you may have to repeat this process every time you disconnect and then reconnect to our PSU WIRELESS network.

At the time of this writing we do not provide support for personal Apple Mac computers mapping to our PSU networked printers.
