This article contains instructions on how to export and import a calendar within Office 365.

*Note: You must use Office 365 online - this cannot be completed on the Outlook desktop client.*

Export

1. Sign into your Office 365 account online through your myPlymouth account and selecting PSU Mail

2. Once you have the account open online, open the settings gear in the upper right-hand corner and select "Calendar" at the bottom of the list.

3. This opens your Calendar options and on the left-hand side select "Publish Calendar."

4. Select the calendar you wish to export and select permissions to "Full details" and hit "Save" in the upper left-hand corner.

5. It will then display two links at the bottom of the page, click on the ICS link and it will download your calendar folder as an ICS file.

Import

1Sign into your Office 365 account online through your myPlymouth account and selecting PSU Mail

2. Open the tiles and select "Calendar" to go to your calendar home page.

3. Select "Add a calendar" at the top and "from file."

4. This opens an Import calendar window, select "Browse" and find the downloaded ICS calendar file.

5. Make sure the calendar you want to add the appointments to is selected and click "Save" at the top. Your calendar should successfully import.
