Connecting to PSU Wireless on an Android Device

Connecting to PSU Wireless on Android
  1. Begin by ensuring that the device is on
  2. Unlock the device and go to the home screen
  3. Click on the Apps or All Apps icon
  4. Click on the Settings application (represented by a gear icon)

  5. Once in the Settings application, locate the "Wireless and Networks" section. You will see an option called WiFi, click on this option.

  6. At this point you will be given a list of all available networks. Select PSU Wireless.

  7. You will then see a pop up for PSU Wireless requiring specific authentication. Enter the following:
    1. Under EAP Method, select PEAP
    2. Under Phase 2 Authentication, select MSCHAPV2
    3. Under CA Certificate, select "do not validate" or "unspecified"
    4. For Identity enter your PSU Username
      1. Example: abc1234
    5. For Password enter your MyPlymouth Password                                                                                                                                                                 

  8. Click on the Auto-Reconnect Option
  9. Click on Connect
