To get to the or the , you need to fill in hour/minute for the course (one can be 00). This time is NOT reflective of time spent on classwork. It is simply required by this attendance taking platform.
Once you click on the second field (minute), the will display and you will get a confirmation of attendance information for that student at the top right.
If you need the , set both hour and minute to 00.

If you wish to print to pdf, select the course from the Course List as noted above, then right-click and select “print”. Print and post attendance manually on the printed documents by placing a P or an A on the date for which you want to record attendance. Scan the document and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to export to Excel, select the course from the Course List as noted above, click on the “gear” to access settings.
Choose Export Template and select version of Excel, All Students and All Meeting Days. Spreadsheet appears at the bottom of the window.
Open spreadsheet and save. Format Column H (Meeting Days) to show a Date and proceed to mark attendance by placing a P or an A in Column L (Attendance Indicator) on the date for which you want to record attendance. Because this is Excel, you can sort as you see fit – we just need the P or the A for each student. Email the document email@example.com.
