Employee Discounts for Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office, and Other Applications

Active PSU employees can purchase licenses for the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office, and other applications at extreme discounted prices.

Instructions: 

Create account:

Create an account at this site using your PSU email address (but create a different password than your PSU password).

You will get an email sent to your PSU email address to verify your eligibility. If you do not remember your PSU username and/or password you will need to go the Help Desk in Lamson Library.  Bring your PSU ID for identification purposes.

Once you verify the newly created onthehub account via your PSU email, go back to onthehub through the link in the email – Once there click on Faculty/Staff tab.

 

Select the product you want:

Make sure you purchase software for the correct operating system (MAC OS or Microsoft WINDOWS). Process the order using your personal credit card.

  • If you have purchased a product from this site in the past, you cannot purchase the same product again. For example, if you previously purchased Office 2010, this time you will need to purchase Office 2013 or 2016.

Once processed, you will get an email with the license/product code and a download link.  Depending on the product you are purchasing, you may need to burn the downloaded application to a DVD, or we may be able to provide a DVD for you.

 

FOR MAC SOFTWARE, THE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE CHANGED AT THE ONTHHUBSITE. FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.

 

Save the license code in case the application needs to be reinstalled at a later date. (OntheHub allows you to view the license code through your account for a limited time period)

Tip:  These are very good prices for software, therefore you may want to consider your future needs.

 

If you would like the PSU Repair Center to install the software at a low labor rate, bring your computer and a printout of the software you purchased along with the license code to the Repair Center in Highland Hall. For laptops, bring in your AC Adapter as well.
