How to Setup Skype for Business for Apple iPhones

Skype for Business (formerly Microsoft Lync 2013) is an integrated web chat client which allows you to instant message any PSU campus member, as well as call and video chat them.


Installing Skype for Business

1. To install Skype for Business, open the App Store and search for Skype for Business.


2. Open Skype for Business and click Get.


3. Once installed, Skype for Business will request that you allow the app to send you notifications. Decide if you want to allow or don't allow.

4. Request to access to your contacts. Click the OK button.

5. Request to access to microphone. Click OK button to allow.

6. Sign in using your myPlymouth username plus

Enter your myPlymouth password.

8. Enter your telephone number along with the country code.

You will receive some images with more information about answering calls from locked screen and logged calls for easy return of calls.

10. Click Got it after reviewing the images.

Using Skype for Business

Skype for Business is now ready to go. You can go into either your calendar or contacts.
