Outlook - How to Sync myPlymouth and Outlook Password

Passwords are changed through myPlymouth. Occasionally, Outlook will not receive the update. You will have to manually change your password in Outlook to sync your password with myPlymouth so you may send and receive email messages.

1. Open Outlook.

2. In Outlook (2016), click File and then click on Account Settings down-arrow under Account Information.

Click the Account Settings selection in the drop down list.

3. Select your Microsoft Exchange e-mail account and then click "Change..."

4. Update your password to the new password, under the Logon Information section. If you do not have a password field, contact the Help Desk at (603)535-2929 or email helpdesk@plymouth.edu.

5. After updating your password, click Next. You should receive a confirmation window.
